<\/a>Quality Assurance Initiatives<\/h2>\n

Based on the management policy of \u201cproducing value through good quality,\u201d F.tech\u00a0puts the improvement\u00a0of customer satisfaction first. We implement\u00a0the following activities in order to achieve stable delivery of products that meet the customer’s requirements, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements,\u00a0and globally high level quality standards when automobile chassis parts, suspension parts, and pedal assembly are designed, developed, and manufactured. In doing so, we are implementing the following initiatives in order to achieve a globally high level of quality standards.<\/p>\n

Quality Policies<\/h4>\n

  1. We will strive to implement improvement activities based on 3A approaches of\u00a0“Actual place, Actual part, Actual situation” and minimize quality issues.<\/li>\n
  2. We will continuously\u00a0improve\u00a0our quality management system in order to strengthen the characteristic on the floor and enhance customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
  3. We will set quality targets in each department\u00a0in accordance with these quality policies, and review the progress on a regular basis to ensure the\u00a0quality policies and targets are met.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Quality Assurance System<\/h4>\n

    Based on the quality policies, F.tech strives to improve customer satisfaction by establishing company-wide quality targets considering the customer requirements\u00a0and mid-term busines plan, and ensuring the quality targets and\u00a0activities that are set by each plant,\u00a0 office, and department are achieved.<\/p>\n

    Quality Assurance Equipment<\/h4>\n

    F.tech has\u00a0established environmental testing facilities equipped with various testing devices to ensure quality control checks.<\/p>\n

    -Noncontact CMM: Check the discrepancies between the design standard and the part in order to increase the accuracy of the complete part.<\/p>\n

    -Multi-axial vibration device: Apply specified load and vibration to test strength and durability.<\/p>\n

    -Integrated corrosion testing device:\u00a0Performs testing under a variety of temperatures, humidity, and other harsh environmental conditions.<\/p>\n

    Accuracy Assurance<\/h4>\n

    Product accuracy is confirmed by using noncontact CMM and shape measuring devices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Corrosion Resistance Assurance<\/h4>\n
